I was wondering if this great opportunity or a similar one is available for Degree Completion part time students? I find that all of the criteria listed apply as we are working in our fields at the same time as we study. This provides us an immediate access to support others by applying what we are learning to make a diference and hopefully improve the lives of the families we serve in our communities.
I would be greatful for any opportunities you may be aware of.
Thanking you in advance for your consideration and response,
Lisl
Early Childhood Degree Completion program
Evening Lisl,
Unfortunately the GHSA Student Excellence Scholarship is open to only full-time students.
This is due to the way student fees are distributed and collected, in accordance with our budgetary considerations.
As far as I am aware, the majority, if not all of the scholarships/bursaries offered internally by the University, are only applicable to full-time students.
However, I would send an email to: finaid@guelphhumber.ca or speak directly to Mahwish Choudry at: mahwish.choudry@guelphhumber.ca to confirm this.
Mahwish is the Registration and Financial Aid Coordinator and can speak to you more about financial opportunities available to part-time students, both internally through the school and from external sources. Her office is located at: GH108K and her ext. is 6054.
Thank you for your interest Lisl.
Regards,
