Breakfast with the President

The annual President’s breakfast was held on August 30th in the Humber gymnasium. Over 1000 people were in attendance, including faculty, students, support staff and other employees of Humber ITAL, as well as employees of the University of Guelph-Humber and University of Guelph.

The event serves as a way to launch the new school year by showing appreciation to all faculty, staff, and special guests. Speeches are given and awards are handed out to distinguished employees for their years of service and dedication.

The GHSA were in attendance as invited guests where we had the opportunity to meet with various faculty, HSF personnel, and other members of the Humber ITAL to liaison and show our presence within the community.

Humber College President John Davies closed the ceremony showing appreciation and gratitude to his employees, as well as revealed upcoming initiatives in the works for the Humber institutions and communities. It was a great success and we look forward to next year.
